21 days cleanse diet

OK this is the worst pic i have ever taken...period.....look at my eyes...if i had smiled with my eyes that tissue on my head would make it work....but nvm...
i looked like i wore some eye shadow

rabbit ears and our sibling group is called the vandellas....3 years already...we sing in a synchronized way...
well as you have all read i am beginning my 21 days cleanse diet on monday...i suggest trying a 21-day cleanse as a way to jump-start an inner makeover. so why not give it a try..
the plan is to eliminate coffee..(caffeine), sugar, crackers, chocolate(not dark chocolate they are actually good for you), glutten(white rice bad for you but wholemeal bread is good for you), no cordials, no deep fried stuff(my french fries), no eggs, and that's it.....
I thought it meant not allowing yourself to eat emotionally and filling the void of anxiety with food, as I've struggled with for years(some of you might know....well one of you hehe). I thought it meant taking your time, making healthy choices and chewing slowly—being conscious of every bite and not scarfing down a meal and then thinking about the next one.
Don't know if I'm going to feel better or worse, but I'm willing to try to see if my body at least feels differently.so i'm going to start on monday...but mom's home cook food is an exception because i have to eat its just the post meals that i'm talking about...between breakfast and lunch. lunch and dinner and supper......so if anyone wants to join me come aboard....
its not as if you have to stop all...that is impossible...you have to minimize it that is the key if you try to stop you will go crazy and will go back to square 1 so take it slowly.....
